Lance Pfarrer brings over 25 years of insurance and customer service expertise to the table. Known for his friendly and personable approach, Lance has spent years visiting clients and building strong relationships. His deep understanding of public sector needs ensures that he can effectively collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions.
As Account Representative Manager, Lance manages the Insured Product Account Representatives team. His goal is to continually assess and seek ways to enhance National Insurance Services’ customer experience. Lance is a licensed insurance agent, has a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation, and is a Certified Patient Protections and Affordable Care Act Professional (NAHU).
